THE USE OF OUR WEB SITE BY CHILDREN Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to register to use the interactive features of our web site such as signing up for email notifications, online sweepstakes, or any other features which collect personal information.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on the types of information we collect in the registration process from children that are between the ages of 13 and 17. Placing of orders is permitted if you are of age 18 or older. A parent or guardian may create customer accounts and submit orders for teenagers under the age of 18 in their household.

WEB SITE CONTENT All content on the OkModel.net web site, including art work, graphics, images, screen shots, text, music, digitally downloadable files, trademarks, logos, product and character names, slogans, and the compilation of the foregoing ("Content") is the property of OkModel.net and its licensors and is protected in the TR. and internationally under trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. Third party content, including trademarks, trade names, characters, and trademarks and copyrights is the property of the third parties that market or license that content, and is used by OkModel.net subject to license, or subject to the fair use provisions of Turkey  trademark law.

Users of the Ok Model's web site are expressly forbidden to misuse any OkModel.net  content or any third party content that appears on the web site.

You agree not to display or use any Content for any commercial purpose, in any publications, in public performances, in connection with products or services that are not those of Ok Model, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, that disparages or discredits OkModel.net and/or its licensors, that dilutes the strength of Ok Model or its licensors' property, or that otherwise infringes OkModel.net or its licensors' intellectual property rights.

You also agree that no mechanical "scripts" or "bots" or other automated programs will be used to access the OkModel.netsite. Use of these programs or devices could disable your access to our web site. REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT OkModel.net makes no representations about the reliability of the features of the OkModel.net web site, and disclaims all liability in the event of any service failure. You acknowledge that any reliance on such material and/or systems will be at your own risk. OkModel.net makes no representations regarding the amount of time that content on its site will be preserved.

Our web site is provided on an "as is, as available" basis. No warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are made with respect to our web site or any information or software therein.

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall OkModel.net be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use our web site, nor shall OkModel.net be responsible for any damages whatsoever that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance whether or not caused by events beyond Ok Model reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to our web site, records, programs, or services. Not with standing the foregoing, this provision is not applicable in the State of Izmir.

You agree to indemnify and hold Ok Model, its parents, subsidiaries, officers, employees, and web site contractors harmless from any claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation of these Terms of Service or Policies and Procedures, including any abusive or unlawful behavior on the part of you or your dependents, or the infringement of any intellectual property or privacy right of any person.

Both you and OkModel.netacknowledge and agree that no partnership is formed and neither of you nor OkModel.nethas the power or the authority to obligate or bind the other.

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of IZMIR - TURKEY

International Orders

All other international customers purchasing will be served as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs (where applicable) will be invoiced to you directly from UPS or an import broker appointed by you.

We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion, as some countries have thresholds where no import taxes or duty fees will need to be paid, 

  If you are ordering from the United States of America, US customs may require your IRS/social security number to complete the entry paperwork that is required in order for you to receive your parcel. Ok Model and our chosen courier have no control over this request.

This information will never be shared or used for reasons other than what is required by customs.

If you are ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware they will be responsible for these additional charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We would advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all international orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. OK MODEL is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes

DELIVERY

Our aim is to deliver all orders within the specified times once receipt of payment has been confirmed.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and security checks.

Delivery will be made to the address provided.
